Founded in 2016 on the basis of helping others achieve more, StalwartMC is a management consulting and advisory services firm based in Houston, Texas. Benjamin Armenta

President and CEO

Ben is an experienced business and IT consultant in the Greater Houston area. Throughout his career he has worked to help organizations face their toughest challenges head on. Along with having led many large scale and complex system projects, Ben has designed and led behavioral change strategies aimed at driving organizational effectiveness improvements and enabling better customer experiences. Ben has guided numerous growth initiatives, business process transformations, mergers and acquisitions, and organizational change management efforts.

Ben’s greatest passion is helping others achieve their vision, whether they are clients, colleagues or his friends and family. It’s this passion, combined with his relentless drive to deliver with excellence, that led Ben to establish StalwartMC.

Prior to his tenue at StalwartMC, Ben consulted with Credera, Accenture and has also worked in both the non-profit and public education sectors.

Steven Lott

Vice President

Steven comes to StalwartMC with an extensive background in business consulting, systems implementation, and end-user training. Armed with a passion for helping others achieve more, Steven utilizes his expertise in IT project management and program development to greatly influence project delivery as he strives to coach clients through their discovery of new opportunities for innovation, efficiency, and success.

Prior to joining the StalwartMC team, Steven served as a consultant at Quorum Business Solutions and as an administrator in the Lake Travis Independent School District.
